Paris-based Pigment, a business planning platform, defied the recent French tech funding slump by securing a whopping $145 million. This impressive feat, just five years after launch, highlights investor confidence in Pigment’s potential.

Existing investors like Iconiq Growth doubled down, leading the round. Pigment’s impressive growth – tripling revenue and doubling its customer base in 2023 – attracted big names like Unilever and Datadog. Notably, half of their clients are in the US, showcasing global reach.

“Investors recognized the opportunity and offered us excellent terms,” said co-founder Éléonore Crespo, emphasizing their swift action. Crespo, with a background in finance and tech, co-founded Pigment with Romain Niccoli, a successful entrepreneur.

Pigment’s exceptional growth – ranking among the top 5% of SaaS companies for revenue increase – further bolstered investor confidence.

Beyond finance teams, Pigment empowers sales and HR teams with features for quota tracking and workforce management. AI integration and a focus on performance ensure Pigment remains a must-have tool, challenging legacy options.

Pigment’s ability to secure such a significant investment during a challenging economic climate underscores its bright future as a global leader in modern business planning solutions.
